Payment Terms and Conditions

Consultation Payment Policy

All consultations must be confirmed with payment at least two weeks in advance.

Patients will be charged for their consultations if they fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellations.

Surgery Payment Policy

Deposit Payments

A booking deposit of €4,000 is required to secure surgery dates. This €4,000 will be deducted from the total cost of your surgery.

Provisional bookings for surgery will be held for up to ONE week. All surgery dates are provisional until secured by payment in full of the booking deposit.

Any bookings which are not confirmed within one week after the date of the deposit invoice will be cancelled automatically in order to facilitate other patients.

In the event that you must cancel your surgery, the booking deposit is non-refundable unless another patient accepts your cancelled time in theatre. For this reason, if you have to reschedule or cancel your operation, please advise the office as soon as possible.

Surgery Fees

An invoice for surgery fees will be provided after your surgery. All surgery fees are due on the day of surgery and it is our policy that all accounts must be settled in full within a week of surgery.

Future Appointments

Besides covering the costs of the procedure all post-operative appointments in the 18 months following your procedure are also included in the surgery fee.
