Administrative Assistant – Hair Restoration Blackrock
Hair Restoration Blackrock is seeking a professional, organised and patient-focused Administrative Assistant to join our busy administration team at Samson House, our purpose-built clinic in Blackrock, County Dublin. We are an established and respected specialist clinic providing world-class care to patients experiencing hair loss, supported by a dedicated team of surgeons, doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative staff.

About the role
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across clinic and surgical services, helping to ensure that patients receive a smooth, efficient and welcoming experience from first enquiry through to appointment and follow-up.
- Welcoming patients and visitors at clinic reception
- Answering telephone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Scheduling appointments across clinic, surgery and nursing diaries
- Preparing clinic and surgery notes and supporting patient documentation
- Processing invoices, receipts and patient payments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting data entry
- Preparing and sending patient information packs
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with patient welfare, clinic flow and facilities-related tasks
- Providing administrative assistance to senior team members as required
About you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, professional and discreet approach to patient care
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy clinic environment
- Confidence using computers and office systems
- Previous experience in administration, reception or a healthcare setting would be an advantage

Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, with one hour for lunch
