Dear Dr. Collins and Team,

I want to express my thanks to all of you for the utmost professional treatment I have received over the past four years and in particular over the past month with my procedure.

When a surgeon and his team; A) refuse to perform a procedure and take your money, B) thoroughly educate you on the causes and treatments of the issue at hand, and C) provide non-surgical options as a form of treatment, you simply know you have found the right surgeon and team. These actions provide the patient with a great sense of confidence in the ethics and morals behind the surgeon and his practice. Over the years I have recommended family members and friends due to my overall experience, positive results from the medication and no doubt the impending success of my recent hair transplant.

It was clear to me that my best interests were looked after from day one, which is now nearly four years ago. I am now looking forward to seeing the results of my procedure over the coming months and years.
